I am looking to buy a PDA or Pocket PC for under £100 as a present. I have been looking at the Z22

but it doesn't have bluetooth and I don't think it has a SD slot or
HP IPAQ RX1950 click here which seems very good, but I am a bit unsure any help would be great

but of the two machines it's the one I would go for without hesitation. You'll need to add the cost of an SD card however - the iPaq doesn't excel in the on-board memory stakes.

I've seen factory refurbished iPAQ 114s for just over £100 (eg. TotalPDA.) They aren't new but that's a lot of PDA for the money.
Of the 2 devices you mention, I'd go for the iPAQ. Make sure that what you buy does everything you need it to. For example, new iPAQs don't come with Outlook; you need that to synchronise appointments, contacts and tasks with a PC. Some discontinued models came with Outlook.
Older iPAQs have older operating systems; bear that in mind if you have 3rd party programs to install. Mobile Office is better in WM6 than before but lacking when compared to SoftMaker Office.
