urgent help network changed its name

hi i tried to connect a laptop to my network but now my network has changed its name and password nad i cant connect any other device help

Hello, Press and hold the reset button in back for 30 seconds and release. Wait 10 seconds and power cycle the router. Open your browser to 192.168.1.1 username blank, password 'admin'. Configure your router back to normal. If you have more connect here http://www.crcomputerrepair.com Thanks
