Should I be Worried

Over the last couple of days or so I have noticed that I appear to be uploading a lot. Sometimes almost half as much as downloads. Today in the last 5 hours my D/L are 22MB U/L are 10.5MB. I have just been web brousing and D/L emails. I have not sent any email today.

Would be worth doing thorough scans for malware with (say) Superantispyware and Malwarebytes. Your PC may be sending out spam emails.
