Issue related to Network Places in domain environment

Hi Team,

I am not able see any of the sharing in network places from any of the systems but if i providing IP by going to run command at that time i would able to access the network share files,folders. but this is to irritating for my users to access via IP

so could anyone help in resolving network places issue please.
