The server 192.168.0.11 at GoAhead requires username and password

Help! I have bought an IP Network camera which I want to use through my wifi but first I have to connect it to my router. I have followed all the instructions provided but get stuck because the message "the server 192.168.0.11 at GoAhead requires username and password" what is this?? I have tried my sky broadband password that's on the router, admin & 123456 like it says on the camera, I have removed the password from control panel, used the password I log onto laptop with and none of them work. All set up apart from this bit. Can anyone please help?

Are we talking about an Edimax IP network camera?
