Pc connection to orange livebox

I recently brought my PC from abroad to France. I've used this PC for years without any problems. It runs on Windows 7, but I cannot get it to run on an Orange livebox, either wirelessly or via an Ethernet cable, although the livebox works well with both telephone and laptop. My pc screen won't work, either, as it shows 'no signal detected' and then switches off. Any suggestions, please?
