Security camera but no pc or wifi nearby

I hope someone might have a good idea...

I rent a storage unit in the middle of nowhere and want to set up a security camera, probably on the inside. There's no wifi signal in the area but the unit has power.

Ideally I'd like to be able to view the unit remotely over the web and have some sort of alert that would text me if movement was detected and automatically record what's happening. I've been told this is possible, but I don't have much money for a professional set-up.

If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear from you.

I thought it would be unlikely if this could be done without internet access. However, a quick Google came up with this, so looks as though it's feasible.
