Extending Guest signal on an AsusDSLN55U

My neighbour has been accessing the internet as a Guest on my DSLN55U. He now wishes to extend the signal. I am agreeable to this as long as my home network is not at risk as I have a NAS, flash drive and printer attached to the router. As a guest he has no access other than to internet. 1.Would he be able to pick up the signal with an extender/access point without me having to make any adjustments to my router? He wishes to extend the wifi signal but also connect to the mains and obtain access in his garage.

2.Suggestions also on best equipment for this would be appreciated
