Software to Monitor Network Traffic

Does anyone know of free software to monitor traffic on my home network? I have installed JDs Auto Speed Tester to monitor my internet speeds. This shows a graph over time and looks very good. Something like this for internal traffic would be ideal.

Do a Google search for "Network Monitor". The problem with most of these, if you have more than one computer, is that they monitor traffic over the LAN and are therefore counting both internet traffic in a particular computer and intranet traffic between local computers.
