Connect Mini DLNA server to HDMI tv

I currently have a HDD connected to my Netgear Router which acts as a media server using Mini DNLA. It is picked by the XBox 360 over the wired network and also by other media streaming gadgets (o2 Jogglers) over the wireless network. What I am looking for is a gadget that would enable me to stream to a TV's HDMI input. It needs to be able to detect the mini DNLA server either wirelessly or via LAN and then connect to the TV's HDMI input. Does such a standalone gadget exist?

Solved it! Plumped for a "Western Digital TV Live Streaming Media Player" for £65 from amazon. Plugs into HDMI on TV and has wirelessly picked up my Mini DNLA server which is on a USB hard drive connected to the Router (Netgear 3500 with modfs and AMod custom firmware to enable media server capabilities). Working flawlessly and also has iPlayer too! Happy days.
