Widows Messenger problems on network

Hi. My first post. Does anyone know if it is possible to restrict incoming messages on Windows Messenger to stop a guy messaging my daughter with obscene messages and I suspect grooming her for sex. He has completely turned her against us after I threw him out of my home for being rude and insulting towards my wife and I. He has gone back to Netherlands but continues to harras us through my daughter (over 21). I could remove her from network sharing but this would leave her with no internet.

This might help? click here
Otherwise I can only suggest you try to block the URL's in your router. Some have firewalls you can configure or parental controls you can set up to block. If successful then you block windows live messenger completely.
