Wi-Fi Landing Page (web page?)

Evening,
I have been asked by a client to set up his wi-fi (something we have no issue doing) However - they want the first thing someone see's to be a one page web site allowing people to join a mailing list.
Possible? If so any advice on how?
Many thanks in advance

Just so we're on the same page....
You are setting up a router and providing wireless internet access to a number of PCVs - is that right?
If it is, all you have to do is open the default browser on each machine and set the homepage as the one that your client wants people to see.

No, not quite
There will be a wi-fi router covering the building - but as people log on to it using smartphones/tablets/laptops we want to display a web page first.
Thanks

No real idea but it seems you need a router that supports this. Have a look here, click here.
