share files between main vista camp and wireless xp comp ?

My main comp (vista) is in the livingroom connected to my tv. I am with O2 and using thier wireless box II connected with ehternet cable.

In the room I have an xp machine with a wireless netgear usb dongle using the wireless signal from the o2 router in the livingroom , i connect wirelessy to the internet in the room , which seems slow , but thats something for another day.

My question is , how can I access the files from the vista comp to the xp comp in the room ?
