Q. 1. When trying to use O.E. I have to enter my password every time. I have gone to Acc.- mail-properties-server and typed my password, clicked save and done it again in 'settings'. I look again a few seconds later and password is not saved. Any fix for this nuisance? Q. 2. I can find no trace of 'junk/spam folder and no way of marking junk/spam messages as such.??? I normally use Thunderbird but feel I should be familiar with O.E. as back up. Geoff Holmes.

When yu close your browser have you put the settings on clear browsing history? If so this could be the reason.
