I installed a fresh copy of win xp and then installed the Ethernet drivers. After that when I tried to open the IE it didn't respond. Even if u click it 100 times. When I tried to repair my connection it said Dns Cache not repaired or cleared something like that. What should I do??

Load Internet options to default settings.
