can i connect to the internet on my laptop without a pc, just a router and my laptop?

Hi

Not entirely sure what you mean by "without a PC". Do you mean that you do not want to have a PC connected to the router by ethernet? The answer is yes you can configure a wireless network just using your laptop - don't forget to make sure that wireless is enabled on your laptop - there is usually a slide switch on the front of the casing, or in some cases there is a key to press. If you are setting up your laptop from new then follow the setting up a wireless network wizard.
