I'm staying in Germany and i have a router from the service provider "Alice"
apparently it doesn't have a QoS
and we are three laptops using the network..is there anyway i could divide the bandwidth evenly?
Thanks a lot!

I think the answer is almost certainly "No". Also, if all three are connecting "wirelessly", the WiFi bandwidth will be shared between the Laptops, unlike wired connections to the router where each would have the full 100Mbps speed of the network switch.
