Devolo Home Plugs

Hi 2 quetions which may be linked 1. My laptop can see the devolo network but wont connect. (will connect to other wireless network) 2. My laptop wont connect to internet via ethernet cable. no internet access but main home pc still connects fine. Help Paul

Your connection problem is probably due to the fact that your laptop is recognising your original wifi router which your devolo device is connected to. Since you can't run 2 subnets at once, you have to take off your original settings with your wifi on your laptop and renew with the devolo
