cant connect to upc

My acer aspire 5315 wont't connect to upc wireless internet but it will to all others. is this the make of acer or all acer laptops? Upc claims the fault is not at their end? help please as i am stuck with upc internet.

I assume it has security. Make really sure that the code you're typing in is spot on - the slightest error, and it won't connect.

yeah its defiantly the right one! Just seems to be a fault with acer. I tried on a different acer laptop and still the same thing.

Have you managed to connect "wirelessly" with any computer or only by ethernet cable?

Yes I've connected wirelessly woth other makes of laptops no problem its just acer that won't but it picks up the upc signel.
