I have sky broadband with a sky modem router. i have 2 servers, a Dell Poweredge 1850 and a dell poweredge sc1425. I want the 1850 do be a domain controller providing an internet connection to my other server, but i cannot join the domain on the sc1425 because of a connection error. the connection error is provided by the sky router. The 1850 has a static address on my router : 192.168.0.254 could i connect 1 Ethernet to the sky router, and the other one to an ethernet switch and have the 1850 provide ip addresses via dhcp to the sc1425 and a desktop? allowing both on the domain?
