loss of conection

hi, i keep loosing connection from my BT hub every 5 mins or so is there any way of fixing this

Have you tried resetting the connection?

Remove the jack from the BT wall socket and turn off the power supply to the BT hub.

Wait for five minutes.

Now insert the jack into the wall socket.

Turn on the BT hub and wait for it to go through its connection procedure.

See if that works.

I reset it every time i loose connection, tried all that but still seems to do it.

Then I suggest that you contact the BT broadband help-desk. They'll run a line test on the connection. If they detect any problems they'll usually ask you to leave the hub connected overnight, and they'll run more tests.

In my experience they're pretty good,once they are on the case.
