wont find wireless network

I have a HP G62 laptop.

It usually finds the internet but wont at the moment.

On the wireless network list (via the control panel>network connections) it has it listed.

when i tell it to view available wireless networks it wont find it.

really annoying. any help appreciated

When viewing "Available Wireless Networks", does it find any networks, i.e. neighbours' networks?
