epson sx515w not connected problem

I have been asked 3 times to go and sort out an epson sx515w all in one networked printer.
It does not get used much but each time my friend tries to print from it via the network it states that it is not connected.
Yesterday I removed the printer and reinstalled it via the usb cable and set it up again.
I printed out documets from word, the internet and of cause the test page,all wirelessly, it was working fine.
Today when they tried to use it, it says it is not connected.
Can anyone help.
