How very true. One of the things I have noticed, is that people like Paul Shane and Ken Dodd's learned their trade from the levels of the old time theatres or the pub/club circuits. Most of the comedian's nowadays, might perhaps have a struggle with this form or type of apprenticeship or older audience participation?.
