Who was the blind character in Startrek that had smart glasses some years ago? I don't think his were running Android though, although there was Mr data, an android that didn't need smart glasses, he was far too smart by far...

At the present state of development of such Glasses, an eureka moment is needed, to sort the headache/disorientation problem.

It will probably turn out to be remarkably simple but all attempts at such products, so far, have suffered from this problem and it's likely to stunt their future development.
