Disable javascript for one site

I would like to disable just one site by blocking the javascript console on it. I am using the new IE10 for windows 7 professional.
It is a thing I can do quite easily on Chrome but would like to give IE10 a good run for it's money.
All sites run well except this site, though it has improved with IE10.
Thank you in advance for any help.

Oh dear. I seem to have posted in the wrong forum.
I thought I was in the helproom but had 2 tabs open at once.
FE please move if possible.
