Cannot register progams on April DVD

I have tried to register for the license key for Panda Antivirus and Ashampoo WinOptimizer. No email for either program has arrived. I have uninstalled the Panda and now when I reinstalled it, hoping this would allow me to register this time, I am informed I require to buy a license for additional copies. Also I only bought the mag on the 3rd April and these programs have to be registered by the 6th April. This seems to me to be somewhat unreasonable with such short register dates. Can PC Advisor assist please.

That edition of the mag has been out for a month. May's is now available. The closing date is 6 March not April.

Suggest you email PCA.
