I don't know what the boffins have done, or if this post is in the right forum, but PCA is back to its old speed. It's bliss to be able to change forums, refresh, and almost instantaneously it works without the long script.

Yes I/E10 is Ok for W/7 and W/8.
I am using W/8 at the moment but use it on my W/7 computer as well.

Thanks Jock1e - will install IE10 on sister's W7 laptop.
BTW - speed of PCA has been excellent [with IE8] over past few days [on dial-up].

Maybe Willie the World wide web spider has had a good feed and has re-woven his world wide web. I tend to compare the speed of my computer to the way traffic moves on motorways. If it's rush hour then it is going to slow it down. Multiply that by all the Autobahns in Germany and the Freeways in America and God only knows how the Chinese block up their highways.
