I sailed the Suez canal but unfortunately I didn't manage the Panama canal. One of my oppos told me prior to reaching the Panama canal he was told by the Chief Cook to save all the dry bread to feed the mules at the canal!!!!!

Dry bread must only be marginally better that a Panama hat to a mule...
