I've changed my mind, not IOW. The cars do appear to be american(ish), but the only one seemingly being driven (to the left of the pale building) appears to be driven on the left. (the direction of the parked cars on the same side of the road appear to support this) The only countries that I know of that you might have found american sized cars yet drive on the left is australia and NZ. But I'm wondering about the bahamas or bermuda. (I'm deliberately not googling it)
