Still considering a new small car - I don't suppose anyone has one of these? It looks very inviting, but I'm looking for user reviews rather than the Kia website details before I have a test drive.

Sorry.Bing.alau - can't stretch to an up!

My wife has a "C" Registered Real Mini - best shopping car ever - but round here dodging potholes is mandatory.

Which most reliable superminis. Picanto is second on the list. Surprised that the Jazz is not further up. Mini is not in the top five.

I fancied the Bentley Continental too, but I opted for VW Touran simply on account of there being a good square floor space for carrying my dogs. The lack of a Bentley Continental estate model cost them dearly.

exdragon. Good luck and may you have many nice trips in it and good memories of it later. I wish I had kept photo's of all the cars I have owned in my lifetime.

Bing.alau - thank you. Now on countdown for a few weeks and keeping my fingers crossed that nobody bumps into my little Ka.

The main danger these days seems to be potholes. I encountered one yesterday and am hoping it hasn't caused any damage underneath. I keep my little beauty clean and tidy and then some body sticks holes in the most unlikely places for you to fall in to. I haven't got a scratch or any parking damage as yet. Once I get a mark on it I shall probably not care any more. It sort of kills any interest in keeping it spick and span.

Hi Exdragon,

I was wondering what model and colour you ordered? I was told the fushia blush could take 3 months but the red or yellow as little as 10 days. Was thinking about the blue anyway as there is no extra cost. And the model 2 1.25 Ecodynamics.

Hi - the one I've ordered is the City car, one of the Editions model released last October and it only comes in two colours, red or silver - I've gone for the latter as several people told me that red fades in time.

I ordered it on 18 February and hope to pick it up on Monday week, 15th. It seems ages...
