Crumbling road surfaces

I know the weather has been especially bad the last two weeks or so, but does it seem to anyone else that the main roads at least are crumbling before our very eyes?

Or is it just me?

Carver and fourm member seem to be getting closer to the real reason. Why "waste" money on road repairs when it can be better spent on over inflated salaries and gold plated pensions for the morons in charge of such things.
