I am sure the photo from Brumas has been shown before a very long time ago and it was either Illford or the outskirts of Romford on the way to the M25.

But as I cannot find it I will hazard another guess and say Brentwood.

This street scene could be anywhere and indeed it could have been flattened during the war so I shall reveal all and green tick it.

It is Broadway Parade, Elm Park.

...I'd date it between 1958 and 1963.

There's an element of 1950s dress formality, with the beginnings of 1960s freedom of expression in dress in it.
