Seems strange that your Driving License lasts for 10 years but your Bus Pass only lasts for 3 years.

I've just had my Bus Pass reminder and they say they will use the photo and details that they have on file, so why do I have to apply for a new one when they could just send me one.

N47. same here, but I find that it is not always accepted as suitable identification without a photo.
