The mill could well have been converted to apartments by now.

I'm wondering if the bridge has controls for sluice gates.

A clue, it has an ST postcode.

so it could be Leek, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Stone and Uttoxeter in England.

Now to find the precise area well since ive never been to the those neck of the woods maybe its because im a Londoner la la la la laa

A further clue, it is actually in Stafford itself.

Looking on Google Maps I cannot find anywhere that looks like it now. I suspect that it could be near Victoria Park or possibly Mill Bank.

As the caption on the postcard reads The old Mill and Wier (sic), Stafford, I don't think a positive id is possible so consider this green ticked - when the green tick facility is functional again of course.

I think that I know roughly where it is. But don't have any local knowledge to place it accurately.
