Another update for PC Advisor iPad subscription prevents access to magazine

Downloaded another update - supposedly to cater for upgrade to iOS 6.0 and it immediately reduced magazine to black screen. I thought perhaps everything would work out when I upgraded to iOS 6.0, which I did during the week, but no – once I open the magazine all I get is a black screen. Does anyone ever test these upgrades BEFORE releasing them or are we all following RBS’s lead now?

Hi.

This certainly should have been checked. We'll look into whether this is an isolated case, and work out a fix for you.
