Health & Safety inspections

This is what happens when health & safety inspections are ignored.

Almost inevitably cutting costs starts to be more important than staff safety.

I've visited factories in this region and death trap doesn't even come close to describing some of the hell holes down the back streets of Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad

I'm not sure your example supports your argument. You said that you have 'food only' signs on the microwaves but someone still put a non-food item in one.

The "Food Only" signs are on microwaves in my workplace, the accident happened at another site, I don't know which site it was, my employer has almost a thousand offices around the world...
