When I had long hair, I tried using sellotape in an attempt to keep it in place when it was drying after washin'...if only I knew 'bout 'lectric straighteners all those years ago ;0]

You may also like to know the drummer was Terry Williams, he was the drummer in a number of groups I toured with including Dire Straits and Meatloaf.

In the Paris hotel one night, he kindly stood a round of drinks for the crew and put them on his room. Trouble was, it wasn't his room.

We heard the waiters talking and started to melt away. Terry got nabbed and had to pay the bill, about £50.
