Insurance for Brits overseas

My son is living abroad (Malta).

Is there any such thing in insurance, which I would fund, that would cover him in the event of a medical emergency - similar to travel insurance?

The thought has passed my mind that if he would have travel home due to a medical emergency for instance, how would we fund it.

Aah, possibly. Will take a look. I suppose what I am really looking for is repatriation Insurance for him.

Other than BUPA (thank you!) does anyone have an personal recommendation?
