What is odd about this is that the railings seemed to be fixed across the rail tracks.

You would be suprised at how little railway premises change, until they close.

Now Derby Loco works is a football ground and car showrooms, I believe Swindon works is now a housing estate, half of Crewe works is a supermarket and new road.
