PC Advisor issue OCT 2011

My copy of PC Advisor OCT 2011 arrived mid-August, I realise that the publisher wants to keep the magazine on newsagents shelves as long as possible, but someone who buys the magazine in September will find that some offers/competitions expired on 31 August! I am sure that they will be disappointed and may not buy in future.

I am buying various August (this month) dated magazines for £1.00 instead of their shelf price. Does that count?.
