A Sigh of Relief

I wondered what the sound of rushing air was that woke me this morning.

Later on I realised - it was a collective sigh of relief.

It was back to school in the local area today!

Not true - it was a sigh of exasperation - I hate the first week of school in September, all those mums who don't know the way to little Johnnies new school and clutter up the roads. Takes them a few weeks to sort themselves out.

Not too bad where I live now, but last year I drove past seven schools on the four mile drive to work.

If I didn't hit the road before 8:15 the 15 minute drive could easily reach the hour mark.

Funny my 65 mile journey now takes 70 minutes tops
