I am going to start a petition on the governments site for Rick'scafe to be the next Met Police Commissioner has he/she clearly has a wide and detailed understanding on how policing should be undertaken in London.

Under Rick'scafe no officer would ever be put in a position fearing for their or others lives and having to make a spilt second decision of how to react. No criminal would arm themselves with a gun, knife or other weapon and threaten the public. No terrorist would wrap explosives around their bodies and detonate them on an underground train.
