At long last the Health & Safety Executive have decided to fight back against claims that it's their fault that events are cancelled.

In answer to Wimbledon blaming H & S laws for shutting Murray Mount (NeƩ Henman Hill) during the rain, HSE boss Judith Hackitt has said that if Wimbledon were worried that people would sue them if they slipped on the hill they should have said they'd closed the hill "on insurance grounds"
