Can you tell me why when I use Google Chrome web browser and get emails from PC Advisor all the articals have a Red circle indicating unsafe sites

I think they are still sorting problems. if i access pca on my w7 desktop or xp old laptop with crome,ff4,ie9,ie8 all ok even ok on the htc smartphone [except cannot post]. but on my new netbook w7 starter ie9 when we try to connect to pca an advert blocks the screen for a while before pca appears. scanned the netbook with allsorts no spyware or adware infections so i am lost to the cause.maybe pca related.
