What Sound Would You Go For

The problem of the quietness of electric cars is now being debated and it seems some regulation will be brought in so that they make some form of noise. What would you like to hear?

alan14 You got me thinking there as I was sure it wasn't a P6. I did some checking and the one I saw was a Rover Jet which now appears to be in the Science Museum the entry to which was acroos the road from my verandah. I wonder if they were testing it when I heard it? Brings back wonderful memeories of London in the swinging 60's and boating in Hyde Park to the sound of I'm Only Dreaming by the Small Faces.

Is there a Rover P6 still at the Dononington museum? That's when I last saw one, about 30 years ago, when I went to a race meeting.

Must admit I thought the gas turbine was a P4, and I certainly saw the one in the Science museum.

However, I wasn't so familiar with the P6 (2,000 and derivatives) as the P4 range (I owned about four of those).
