How should Sony apologise for the PSN outage?

Sony's PSN gaming networking has been down since 20 April. The company has offered to compensate affected customers a free month of premium subscription, as well as free identity theft protection (in the US at least - similar offers will hopefully be offered in this country) and some free in-game currency.

They should pay for everyone's xbox live subscriptions.
