Problems with php booking system and Safari

I have a problem I think you could help me with. I have this website which uses a php booking system. I don't use cookies or anything but somehow, whenever an Apple user is booking using Safari browser from its ipad or iphone they all get this message in the picture below. Any ideas how to get around it or what can be done? It is getting really frustrating as a lot of people have iphones and ipads these days and not being able to use the booking system makes me lose customers.
Thanks in advance for your help

I'm not familiar with Safari but I thought I'd post the link for others to see the problem.
