Fixed Side Menu

Can anyone help me with fixing the menu (on the left) on this website: http://www.coolconnection.talktalk.net/indexnew.htm I have little webdesign experience and I am creating this website for a band. I would like to know how to fix the menu when the web page is scrolled. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
