Database Normalisation for an ecommerce site.

Hi just wondering when normalising what do you with different rates for different days? e.g hotels being more expensive on a saturday than a monday

Database normalisation is a big subject - too big to deal with in detail here. I suggest that you take a look at this and come back here if you have specific problems.
